David moved to Las Vegas in 2003 and became a mortgage loan officer in 2005. David's motto is "honesty and integrity first: take care of your clients and they will take care of you". He started one of Las Vegas' most successful tax preparation firms. A true numbers guy, he enjoys helping his clients with tax or mortgage questions. He especially enjoys working on complex mortgages, no tax return or alternative income loans. A special passion of David's is to seek out and hire ambitious but new loan officers, who are eager to learn and build a better life for themselves. David considers his daughter Katherine to be his most important accomplishment of all.
